◘ s’bux/mcafe/any place that has coffee when i'm not in the office and i terribly NEED it (a caffeine fix, that is)

◘ certain sites that have the “online agent, 24/7 cs, click here for help” link (for some unfortunate reason, you might get routed to me. poor you.)

what i most probably did the first time you conversed with me:

◘ made you feel stupid when you requested me to teach you how to fit your cellphone battery and I asked you if your instruction manual wasn’t simple enough to understand.
◘ made you furious when you demanded me to explain to you why you should pay an upfront deposit for your satellite-tv programming subscription and i matter-of-factly told you that you have a horrible credit standing.
◘ made your life even more miserable by sending you a link to a map with several hotels on it when you were already helplessly undecided and all you needed me to do was suggest a hotel with the shortest proximity to the airport.
